How it works
Check In
Check In
Start at the Check-in desk, where a volunteer will help you fill out a repair ticket for each of your items. A runner will take your ticket to the appropriate repair station.

While you wait for a repairer to be available, check out the giveaway table, crafting station, guitar lessons, hair trimming, and wellness services - all free!
Fixing
Fixing
When your name is called, describe the issue to the repairer. They will try to diagnose it, discuss recommended solutions with you, then try their very best to fix it.
Check Out
Check Out
Take your repair ticket to the Check-out desk. A volunteer will chat with you and measure the outcome. If your item was fixed, ring the Repair Bell!
